One-on-one tutoring sessions (online and in-person)

Test preparation and study skills coaching

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services. If you are booking on behalf of a minor, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian.

3. Booking and Payments

Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing is subject to change at any time.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least [24 hours] in advance.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to tutor availability.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to improve academic performance, we do not guarantee specific results, grades, or outcomes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Disrupt or interfere with tutoring sessions

Share inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content

Misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to terminate services for violations.

All materials provided during tutoring sessions are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Scholars Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services at our discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of USA/Florida.
